Pre-Charge Case Manager

The Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center is seeking a motivated and well-organized Pre-Charge Case Manager to lead our pre-charge referral program, funded by a grant through the Attorney General’s Office. This program offers a timely, community-based alternative to the juvenile and criminal justice systems for eligible offenses- promoting accountability and positive outcomes without formal prosecution through Restorative Practice principles. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to restorative justice principles, communicates effectively, and can manage cases from referral through resolution. This role involves direct collaboration with law enforcement, prosecutors, victims, and responsible parties to facilitate restorative processes that are victim-centered, inclusive, and constructive.
