Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to finalize project specifications in line with architectural drawings and design intent.
- Prepare complete tender documentation, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and tender queries from contractors and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed tender analysis, including technical and commercial evaluation reports.
- Participate in negotiation meetings with contractors and suppliers to finalize pricing and contract terms.
- Support the preparation, review, and awarding of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure accurate and timely handover of project documentation to the project delivery team.
- Coordinate closely with project architects and engineers to maintain design intent and contractual clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–7+ years of experience in tendering, contracts, or pre-construction roles within an architectural or consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and tender evaluation.
- Understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods (FIDIC knowledge is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with estimation or BIM tools is a plus.
