Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) & Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) & Pre-Delivery Service Officer to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting new vehicles before delivery, ensuring quality standards, and preparing vehicles for customer handover.

Location: I-9 & I-10, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new vehicles.
• Perform final quality checks before customer delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, functional, and free from defects.
• Check fluid levels, battery condition, tire pressure, lights, and vehicle systems.
• Coordinate with Service, Workshop, and Sales departments regarding vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and delivery documentation.
• Identify and report any technical or cosmetic issues before vehicle delivery.
• Ensure manufacturer and dealership standards are followed during inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / DAE Mechanical / Automotive qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in automobile dealerships or workshops preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with automotive brands will be an added advantage.
