This internship is most suited to most recent college graduated candidates who are seeking a year or so experience before applying for dental school.

This internship prepares those individuals who are planning to go to Dental Hygiene or Dental School. Candidate will get hands on training in different fields of dentistry including Pediatric Dentistry, General Dentistry, and Oral Surgery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a desire to learn about various aspects of dental practice, including patient care, administrative tasks, and infection control protocols.

Intern will learn the clinical applications of dental devices and materials used by dentists. No prior background is needed. Intern will receive comprehensive training and should be able to function alongside of our clinical team to facilitate their daily operation.

Through our comprehensive training about daily operation, you will gain the real-world experience how to handle the operation of surgical/dental handpieces, surgical units, dental chairs, oral surgery and dental products.

Responsibilities

- Assist dental professionals in providing patient care through four-handed dentistry techniques.

- Support the management of medical-dental records and ensure accurate documentation.

- Learn and implement infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

- Participate in the preparation of treatment rooms and sterilization of instruments.

- Gain experience in medical coding as it relates to dental procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline office operations.

Qualifications

Must speak English fluently

Must have work permit in US

Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating individual initiative.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing environments.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
