Skilled Trades are hiring pre-fab truss laborers in Warner Robins, GA.
will consist of assemble roof trusses by setting up jigs, positioning precut lumber, and fastening components with plates using pneumatic tools. Read blueprints, ensure structural accuracy, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Operate under supervision to build roof and floor trusses using jigs, rollers, and pneumatic tools.
• Production: Read blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate measurements, angles, and placement of lumber components.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and stack lumber and finished truss components, often requiring heavy lifting.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet structural specifications and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Maintain tools, machinery, and a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with pneumatic tools, saws, and heavy machinery.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders.
• Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, or lumber-related environment is preferred.
