About Us:

Bula Babies Learning Center is a warm, high-quality early childhood program dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel right at home. (“Bula” means welcome home!) We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K3 / Pre-K4 Teacher to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

This is a private Pre-K program (not Georgia Pre-K) serving children ages 3–4. We are looking for a strong, dependable educator who is passionate about early learning, school readiness, and creating meaningful classroom experiences.

Qualifications (Required):

• CDA, TCC/TCSG certification (TCC/TCCS), or
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with children ages 3–4 in a preschool or childcare setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Knowledge of lesson planning and age-appropriate curriculum

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Prepare children for kindergarten through structured learning and play-based activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Manage daily routines including circle time, meals, nap time, and transitions
• Track and communicate student progress with parents and leadership
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing and center policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Hours may vary between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on classroom needs
