We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and tailored lesson plans.
Hours: 8:15 am-5:15 pm
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of children.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their growth in behavior management and childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain records of student progress and conduct standardized testing as required.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
