Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and tailored lesson plans.

Hours: 8:15 am-5:15 pm

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
• Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of children.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their growth in behavior management and childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain records of student progress and conduct standardized testing as required.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings.
• Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies.
• Proficient in behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.
• Familiarity with literacy education methods and childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Classroom management experience to maintain an organized learning environment.
• Ability to teach physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
