Pre-K Lead Teacher

Job Description
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for children ages 4–5.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Observe and assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff
• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness at all times

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field preferred)
• Relevant state certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
