Creative Play Preschool is excited to welcome a dedicated and qualified Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about preparing children for kindergarten success while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Position Overview
The Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing high-quality instruction aligned with NC Pre-K standards, maintaining a structured and engaging classroom, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to early childhood excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Birth–Kindergarten Education or a closely related field
• Holds or is immediately eligible to obtain a North Carolina Birth–Kindergarten teaching license
• Minimum of one year of related teaching experience
• Ability to successfully complete an NC-DCDEE background check
• Positive professional references from previous employers

Compensation

• Pay is determined based on licensure level, education, and credentials
