Pre-K Teacher

We are looking for Preschool Pre-K teacher to support children and families. Our Award Winning School has expanded and we are looking for amazing humans to add to our family/ team.

In the Pre-K position you will be be working directly with children ages 3 - 4 years at a very low ratio of 1:13. This low ratio ensures a positive educational journey of YOU leading your students through art, math, social experience as well as life skills. Most importantly, you are the children’s safe space to help them develop healthy mental and emotional skills to take them other their next level of education.

Responsibilities
*Work with a co-teacher to employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play)

* Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
*Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
*Encourage children to interact with each other positively and respectfully
*Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
*Must be able to work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has a passion for early childhood education
• Displays patience and a sense of humor
• Utilizes creativity through work and activities using our proprietary curriculum.
• Uses excellent communication skills
• Show flexibility in support of their peer and families' needs as well as their own
• Understand all children are different and utilize proper classroom management skills in each learning environment
• And has consistent and punctual work ethics
