Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and qualified Pre-K Teacher to join our team for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of early childhood education to support the learning and development of children ages 3–5.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CDA or above in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
• At least 2.5 year of experience in early childhood education
• Experience in creating and executing age-appropriate lesson plans
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Physically and mentally capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of the position
• Bilingual (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, high-quality care and education for children ages 3–5
• Design and implement creative, student-centered learning experiences
• Attend to the dietary and health needs of young children
• Maintain classroom routines and adhere to center policies and procedures
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement and redirection
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Skills and Experience Desired:

• Technological proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Experience working with diverse learning abilities in a mixed-skill classroom
• Ability to foster a kind, respectful, and inclusive learning space
