Position Overview
St. Ambrose School is seeking three enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our growing faculty. These positions may serve students in Pre K through 4th grade, depending on experience and school needs. The ideal candidates will foster a nurturing, faith-centered learning environment that supports the academic, social, and spiritual development of each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student growth and respect
• Integrate faith-based values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience in early childhood or elementary grades (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Alignment with the mission and values of a Catholic school

Preferred Attributes

• Experience teaching lower and upper elementary grades
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to school community life
