Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Concordia Lutheran Preschool in Green Mountain is hiring for the 2026–2027 school year (starting in August). We’re looking for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young children and being part of a supportive team. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and dependable, you could be a great fit! We are a faith based Preschool and ask that all of our teachers are religious, you do not have to be Lutheran.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00 PM

School Year: 9-month academic calendar August-May

Pay: Competitive salary based on experience and education- $20-$23 an hour with the option to spread pay over the summer months. All none school breaks are paid except summer.

Requirements:

Must have a level 2 certificate from PDIS or bachelor's degree in education or similar

Can pass background checks

Must have minimum of 3 years experience in a classroom setting

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
