Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational early childhood education. Duties

- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth, positive behavior management, and active participation from all students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and foster a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate early intervention strategies and special education practices to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using standardized testing methods and informal evaluations to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom activities.
- Manage daily childcare routines such as toddler care, meal times, nap schedules, and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all children.
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with childhood development research, literacy education techniques, and innovative teaching practices.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool or pre-kindergarten children in a daycare or private school setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and inclusive learning environments.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools.
- Previous experience in toddler care or daycare environments enhances your ability to connect with young learners at various developmental stages.
