- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and safety protocols while promoting a nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of childhood development theories, early childhood education practices, and curriculum development strategies.
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning.
