Duties

• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student progress, classroom activities, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain detailed records of student development, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and safety protocols while promoting a nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of childhood development theories, early childhood education practices, and curriculum development strategies.
• Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning.
• Familiarity with special education techniques, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
