What the Job Includes

• Providing safe, attentive supervision of children at all times
• Supporting daily routines (meals, diapering, toileting, nap, transitions)
• Implementing structured curriculum and activities (not just free play)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant classroom
• Completing daily documentation (Brightwheel reports, attendance, photos)
• Communicating professionally with families and team members
• Following all ODJFS licensing and center policies
