Pre Kindergarten Teacher (Experienced)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience working in an early childhood center and a deep understanding of child development. This role requires a nurturing individual who is enthusiastic about helping young children learn and grow in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Frog Street Curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and social-emotional development.
• Use Conscious Discipline strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation.
• Observe and assess students’ developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to support overall program goals.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and trainings as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a Pre-Kindergarten Classroom.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early learning.
• Familiarity with Frog Street Curriculum and Conscious Discipline is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday (Shifts available)
  
  • 8:30 am-5:30 pm
  • 9:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
