PRE-LITGATION ATTORNEY

Position: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maximizing client settlements and possess effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-litigation process for assigned cases, from initial intake to settlement.
• Manage a pre-litigation caseload and supervise a team of pre-litigation assistants.
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases. Analyze fact patterns to determine coverage and establish liability.
• Conduct medical case reviews.
• Manage cases to ensure clients receive necessary medical treatment. Communicate with clients regarding their claims and treatment plans
• Handle client inquiries and manage their expectations.
• Negotiate settlements effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a demanding caseload.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law.
• Experience in settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
