Job Purpose
As an Adjuster Advisor, your purpose is to be the point of contact with medical providers and insurance adjusters to assist the Client Advisor with the client(s)’ case value up to case settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Provider Updates

  • Communicate with clients’ medical providers to provide updates on insurance claim issues.
  • Notify medical providers of potential liability or coverage issues with claims.
  • Provide available policy limits to medical providers.

Offers to Settle & Offers of Compromise

  • Draft offers to settle and offers of compromise for:

1. Medical payments coverage

2. Liability coverages

3. Underinsured coverages

4. Uninsured coverages

5. Property damage offers

  • Ensure mailing packages for offers are sent and confirmed.

Negotiations

  • Update insurance adjusters on medical value events to set proper claim reserves.
  • Assist attorneys with negotiations for bodily injury and property damage claim settlements.

Settlements

  • Handle Estimated Disbursements and Settlement Disbursement Packages.
  • Draft the Estimated Disbursement Worksheet.
  • Submit Settlement Disbursement Packages.
  • Manage valid medical liens by:

1. Disputing Medical Liens

2. Negotiating Health Insurance Subrogation Amounts

3. Verifying Health Insurance Subrogation Amounts and medical lien validity

  • Retrieve all medical payments for claims.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of relationships between medical providers and 770GoodLaw, Car Accident Lawyers, LLC.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Client Advisor to ensure resolution of clients’ cases.
  • Work with the Client Advisor and Pre-Litigation Team to:

1. Provide proper updates to clients.

2. Manage claims effectively in the absence of the Client Advisor.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30AM to 5:30PM with 1-hour lunch break

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary
  • Personal injury experience (Preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese (Preferred)

Grades & Compensation:

  • Compensation reflects skill level and productivity, with performance-based grade adjustments.
  • Grade levels I to X, with salaries ranging from $42,000 to $78,000 annually.
  • Additional monthly incentives based on performance metrics.

KPI's & Incentives:

  • Maintain 95% completion of bi-weekly meaningful communication.
  • Achieve an average Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 7 or higher monthly.
  • Gain referrals from current or prior clients, leading to VIP Client status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.20 per hour
