Pre-Litigation Auto Accident Department-Entry-Level Legal Assistant

The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz, P.L.L.C. has an immediate opening for a full-time entry-level Legal Assistant in our Pre-Litigation Auto Accident Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking hands-on training and long-term growth within a respected and fast-paced personal injury law firm.

No prior legal experience is required. The ideal candidate will receive comprehensive, on-the-job training from experienced professionals. However, candidates with prior experience in personal injury or auto accident law will be highly valued and compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Intake of potential clients and initial client communication

• Opening claims with insurance companies

• Preparing client packets for attorneys

• Gathering relevant information and documentation

• Drafting emails and correspondence

• Requesting and organizing confidential records

• Maintaining accurate and organized case files

• Daily communication with attorneys, clients, and insurance companies

• Scheduling and calendar management

• Scanning and managing documents

• Maintaining strict confidentiality

Required Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Works well in a team environment

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Exceptional writing skills (writing sample may be requested)

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is highly favored, but not required

Compensation & Growth

• Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience

• Candidates with prior auto accident or personal injury legal experience will be compensated at a higher rate
