Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Personal Injury law firm seeks a hard-working team member to join their expanding legal team. The firm operates a high-volume caseload and requires attention to detail. If you are hard-working and willing to expand your legal knowledge, the firm will provide you the legal training to broaden your experience. The right team member must possess the following qualities:

· Reliable, people-person with a positive attitude

· Bilingual preferred

· One year Personal Injury experience required.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and follow up on medical care of clients
• Help coordinate and encourage complete treatment of all injuries
• Confidently meet with potential clients or established clients in person
• Contact medical providers
• Maintain contact with clients, promptly respond to all client inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with the insurance company
• Establish Liability with insurance company
• Master multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
