Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Valley Law Firm is seeking a pre-litigation case manager to assist with our growing client case load. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced case manager that can handle all aspects of a pre-litigation file under attorney supervision.

Case Manager duties include:

• Opening claims
• Handling all aspects of pre-litigation files, from intake through preparation for demand (demand writing is required)
• Assisting with clients' property damage
• Enter pertinent information into FileVine database
• Manage client’s medical care keeping in constant communication with client’s and medical providers
• Advising in regards to available medical care options
• Explaining personal injury procedures and related documentation to clients
• Monitoring case statuses and reviewing medical records
• Preparing physical and electronic files for new clients
• Requesting police reports

Qualifications:

• Being an all around warm and friendly person is of the utmost importance in our firm, as are organization and professionalism
• Prior Personal Injury case management experience is mandatory, we do not micromanage!
• Bilingual preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Hours 40 hour work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
