Pre-Litigation Case Manager

We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a Case Manager position at our Personal Injury law firm in the Pre-Litigation Department. The candidate we are seeking for this position should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Communicating with clients;
• Investigating Auto Accident Claims
• Collecting evidence
• Investigate insurance policies
• Assist clients in repairing their vehicle
• Negotiating with insurance adjusters
• Communicating with insurance companies;
• Submitting open records requests
• Managing a docket
• Inputting case info to CMS
• Drafting and filing legal documents;
• Assisting in the preparation of the litigation process;
• Preparation of documents for attorneys’ review

Requirements

• Required: Bilingual - Spanish
• Required: Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Experience 3-5 years in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation law
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
• Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
• Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
• Has own transportation
• Able to meet deadlines
