POSITION SUMMARY

As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be an essential link between our legal team and medical professionals. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in gathering and organizing medical records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vital case information. Collaborating closely with our dedicated team, you will contribute to streamlining processes and providing top-notch support to our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the firm and clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Explain case processes, timelines, and legal terms in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel supported throughout the case.
  • Open and organize new case files, ensuring all relevant documentation is collected and accurately entered into the case management system.
  • Maintain detailed and organized case notes, records, and correspondence.
  • Track case progress and ensure all deadlines and important dates are met.
  • Assist clients in obtaining necessary medical care, including referrals to medical providers.
  • Request, collect, and organize medical records and bills from providers.
  • Review medical records to identify treatments and injuries relevant to the case.
  • Gather and organize evidence, including police reports, accident photos, witness statements, and expert opinions.
  • Coordinate with investigators or experts to support case development.
  • Ensure evidence is properly documented and accessible for attorney review.
  • Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure all case needs are met.
  • Assist in preparing documents for litigation, mediation, or trial as needed.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, administrative staff, and other team members to maintain smooth case flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)
  • Case management: 1 year (Required)
