Henness & Haight, Injury Law is expanding and looking to add an empathetic, client-oriented Case Manager to our team. Being a “people person” is a must as customer service and good communication skills are a cornerstone of the position. In addition to being a hard worker, you must also be understanding and patient with client needs. The ability to multi-task and remain organized is also key, and at least 4-6 years of claims management experience is required. Work comp experience and Spanish speaking is a plus.

In fact, the majority of our Case Managers have been with us for more than 10 years. We pay well and the amount of your salary will be based directly on your level of experience. We pay overtime, we give all staff their birthday off paid, we offer 12 days of additional PTO per year, and we close every Friday at 4:00 pm. Health insurance and other benefits are also offered.
