Career Consulting Partners has formed a partnership with a respected boutique firm in the San Fernando Valley. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager who thrives in a small, team-oriented plaintiff’s personal injury environment. This is an opportunity to join a firm where communication, attention to detail, and client service are top priorities. This position is out of Sherman Oaks, CA, near the cross streets of Van Nuys Blvd. and Ventura Blvd. We are looking for a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 80–100 active pre-litigation personal injury files

• Draft demand letters and handle all aspects of pre-litigation case development

• Obtain and review medical records

• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve property damage and liability disputes

• Send sign-up documents and maintain consistent contact with clients

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation phase

Qualifications:

• 4 – 8 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent legal writing, communication, and case management skills

• Growth-minded and eager to contribute to a high-impact practice

Benefits & Compensation:

• Compensation: $33 hr. - $41 hr.
