Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Stone Rose Law is a dynamic personal injury law firm committed to delivering white glove service and helping injured clients receive the justice they deserve. We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our collaborative team in our Scottsdale office.

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring presence Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive professional culture where your contributions are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to attorneys and paralegal staff in personal injury matters
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients to gather necessary documents and information
• Open claims with insurance carriers and manage communications with adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Collect and review medical records and bills
• Maintain and update client files in the firm’s case management system, including notes, communications, and events
• Prepare files for demand, draft demand letters, handle subrogation, and draft settlement statements
• Negotiate reductions with medical providers and lien holders
• Investigate case facts to support negotiation and settlement efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience required
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Experience in medical record analysis and demand preparation
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Schedule & Location

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• In-person only at our Scottsdale office (no remote work available)

• Personal Injury Law: 1 year (Required)
• Pre-Litigation: 1 year (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
