Pre-litigation Paralegal

Tronfeld West & Durrett is hiring a pre-litigation paralegal for our Mechanicsville office.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of law office experience with a strong background managing personal injury cases. The ability to draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, review and summarize medical records, and communicate professionally with clients is required.

Primary responsibilities include answering telephones, communication with clients, drafting and editing correspondence, preparation of various legal documents, file maintenance, clerical, calendaring and scheduling meetings, events and deadlines, and related tasks. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
