SUMMARY
Purpose
Own and advance pre-litigation cases by managing medical treatment, investigations, documentation, and negotiations to position each case for resolution or litigation readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFICIENCIES
· High school diploma required.
· Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or college coursework in legal studies or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
· 1+ year experience in personal injury pre-litigation, case management, or a related legal role preferred.
· Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and case handling.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage a caseload in a deadline-driven environment.
· Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software.
