Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

An extremely busy Personal Injury firm is seeking a pre-litigation attorney who will support us by managing a pre-litigation case from inception to settlement. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recent pre-litigation Personal Injury experience. Organization, oral communication, and negotiating skills are a must.

This position pays a salary, plus a per-case quarterly bonus.

$128,000

• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
• Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings

• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
