The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of recent PI pre-suit experience. You must be able to aggressively pursue claims, bringing the client's claim to a close as rapidly and zealously as possible.

You will handle a large case load, and you must be an organized self-starter to thrive here. Ultimately, you will be rewarded for your hard work on a quarterly basis with a generous bonus based on fees brought in, as well as a base salary. • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients

• Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
