Duties

• Prospect and develop relationships with individual and dealership sellers through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Negotiate purchase terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company standards
• Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and closing opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify high-value inventory sources and stay ahead of industry trends
• Utilize CRM software to document interactions, update deal statuses, and streamline the acquisition process
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure timely acquisition and proper inventory control
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in outreach campaigns and public speaking engagements to promote our brand

Skills

• Proven experience in sales or hospitality (within the automotive or dealership environment a plus but not required)
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse seller bases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and maintain an efficient sales pipeline
• Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
• Knowledge of automobile sales processes, inventory control, retail math, and automotive industry standards a plus
