Position Overview

The Pre-Owned Manager Assistant supports the Used Car Manager with the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory management, vehicle acquisitions, lease returns, and administrative support.

This role is ideal for candidates with automotive dealership, inventory, vehicle acquisition, sales support, or administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process lease returns and vehicle purchases
• Manage SmartAuction purchases
• Handle off-the-street vehicle acquisitions
• Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations
• Stock vehicles into dealership inventory systems
• Maintain vehicle inventory tracking (Google Docs)
• Ensure accurate vehicle records and documentation
• Support the Pre-Owned Manager with department operations
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Keep workspace organized and professional

✅ Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Inventory management or sales support experience a plus
• Strong organization and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation

• $20 – $25 per hour + commission opportunities
• Full-Time | Monday – Saturday schedule
