Pre Primary Academic Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coordinator for Pre Primary section to join our progressive educational institution.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, along with the effective implementation of co-curricular activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure teaching and learning strategies meet the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyze student progress to raise academic achievements.
• Plan and organize curricular and co-curricular activities, including competitions, Sports Day, concerts, and other school events.
• Support and guide teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in educational coordination with or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving academic excellence.
