Job Title: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher

Location: National Public School, Kompally
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methodologies
• Monitor and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
• Maintain student records, assessments, and portfolios
• Integrate storytelling, phonics, numeracy, and experiential learning (for Pre-Primary)
• Develop strong foundational skills in English, Math & EVS (for Primary)
• Collaborate with coordinators and participate in school events
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory for Primary)
• Diploma/NTT/Montessori/ECCE trained (preferred for Pre-Primary)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Passion for working with young learners
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Basic computer skills

Experience

• Pre-Primary: 1–3 years in Kindergarten / Early Years
• Primary: 2–5 years in CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE school (preferred)
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong communication may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
