Pre Primary Coordinator

Job Summary:

We're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Female Preschool Coordinator to join our team! As a Preschool Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our preschool program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our young learners. Your passion for early childhood education and exceptional organizational skills will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily preschool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and classroom management

- Develop and implement curriculum plans, activities, and assessments for preschool-age children

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, parents, and administrators to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required

- Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement thematic units, projects, and events

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree Or Early Childhood Education or related field

- Proven experience in preschool teaching

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents

- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
