Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator / Foundational Years Coordinator

Job Summary:The Pre-Primary Coordinator leads and manages the nursery to early primary section, ensuring high-quality, child-centered education aligned with school standards, overseeing curriculum, supporting teachers, monitoring student progress, and maintaining strong parent partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum & Academics: Design, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum, activities, and assessments (e.g., following CBSE, IB, Montessori).
  • Teacher Management: Provide guidance, training, observation, and feedback to pre-primary teachers; foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Student Development: Track student progress, ensure developmental milestones are met, and promote inclusive, stimulating learning.
  • Parent Engagement: Maintain open communication, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and organize events (orientation, PTMs, etc.).
  • Operations: Manage academic schedules, classroom resources, and ensure hygiene/discipline standards are met.
  • Leadership: Participate in staff recruitment, training, and professional development; contribute to school leadership.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of early childhood education pedagogy and child development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
  • Proficiency with educational technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or ECE (Master's preferred).
  • Relevant certification (B.Ed., ECCEd, etc.).
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of teaching experience, with some leadership experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
