Pre-Primary Coordinator (Female)

Prime Blessings Islamic School (PECHS) is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Preschool Coordinator (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of preschool operations, maintaining academic quality, and nurturing a positive learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily preschool operations and ensure a safe, child-friendly environment
• Supervise and support preschool teachers and assistants
• Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and school updates
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve teaching standards
• Coordinate events, assessments, training sessions, and parent meetings
• Maintain records, attendance, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool teaching or coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and classroom needs effectively
• Familiarity with early childhood learning frameworks and best practices
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach
