Pre Primary/ Early Years Class Teacher

Job Description:

- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing environment in alignment with Montessori pedagogy.

- Foster strong relationships with parents, engaging in discussions to comprehend each child's unique progress.

- Contribute to the admissions process when necessary.

- Assess class needs and prepare requests for materials, furnishings, and supplies within budget constraints.

- Keep open communication with all staff members.

- Actively participate in staff meetings, offering positive and constructive contributions.

- Coordinate and participate in parent/teacher meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in written and spoken English.

- Skilled in Arts & Craft.

- Capable of maintaining the Montessori/preschool environment to the required standard.

- Knowledgeable in childcare practices.

- Effective planning and organizational abilities.

- Competent in coordinating activities.

- Demonstrate professionalism by serving as a role model and treating students as individuals.

- Able to craft supplementary Montessori materials for the classroom.

Experience:

- Ideally, possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs65,000.00 per month
