Pre primary teacher

We are looking for a passionate and creative Pre-Primary Teacher who can foster joyful learning experiences and nurture the holistic growth of young minds (ages 2–6 years). The ideal candidate is warm, patient, and reflective, with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a love for exploration-led learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and development regularly.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
• Incorporate art, nature, storytelling, music, and play as integral parts of learning.
• Promote social-emotional growth, empathy, and respectful communication among children.
• Maintain classroom hygiene, safety, and organization standards.
• Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with pre-primary or kindergarten children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for hands-on, experiential learning.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
