**Job Title:**

Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Teacher

**Qualification:**

* NTT / Montessori / ECCE trained

* Graduate in any discipline

#### **Experience Required:**

* Minimum **1–3 years of teaching experience** in a reputed preschool or kindergarten or Fresher Can Apply.

* Should have experience in handling children aged **3 to 6 years**.

* Must be familiar with **activity-based and play-way learning methods**.

**Skills Required:**

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Creative classroom management techniques

* Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality

* Ability to plan and execute engaging activities, rhymes, and storytelling sessions

* Basic computer knowledge for digital teaching tools

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct daily classes with joyful and interactive methods

* Prepare lesson plans and maintain child progress records

* Encourage social and emotional development through play-based activities

* Coordinate with parents and participate in school events.
