Job Title: Pre-Primary Mother Teacher (Female only)

Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing, guiding, and educating children aged 3–6 years in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. The teacher will manage the overall classroom environment, teach foundational concepts, inculcate good habits, and foster emotional, social, and intellectual development in line with CBSE’s Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) framework.
Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Management & Child Care
- Create a warm, safe, and joyful learning environment for children.
- Act as a mother figure — ensuring emotional security, comfort, and confidence among children.
- Supervise and assist children during classroom activities, mealtime, and playtime.
- Manage class routines effectively — attendance, hygiene, discipline, and transitions between activities.
2. Teaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on CBSE and ECCE guidelines.
- Introduce foundational skills in language, numeracy, motor skills, art, and general awareness.
- Use play-based, experiential, and activity-oriented teaching methods (songs, rhymes, storytelling, games, etc.).
- Incorporate Montessori or kindergarten methodologies where relevant.
- Integrate values, manners, and social skills into daily teaching.
3. Lesson Planning & Record Keeping
- Prepare weekly and monthly lesson plans and learning outcomes.
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and individual portfolios.
- Assess children through continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) methods suitable for pre-primary levels.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and development.
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and the coordinator to ensure consistency and quality in early learning programs.
5. Classroom Environment & Resources
- Decorate and maintain the classroom bulletin boards and learning corners.
- Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene within the classroom.
6. Professional Development
- Attend training workshops, seminars, and CBSE capacity-building programs.
- Stay updated with innovative early childhood teaching practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with Psychology, Child Development, or Education)
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) / B.Ed. (Nursery or Pre-primary)
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience teaching pre-primary classes preferred (freshers may be considered).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication in English.
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Classroom management and child engagement skills.
- Artistic and storytelling ability preferred.

Pay: ₹11,382.43 - ₹29,606.24 per month
