Profile Insights: Developing and implementing lessons aligned with Montessori principles.
Observing and assessing each student's growth to tailor individual learning plans.
Creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages self-directed learning.

Responsibilities : Creating a prepared environment, Observing and Assessing , guiding and facilitate learning, assess student progress and performance periodically, nurturing social and emotional development.
