About Us

The Little Titans Preschool follows a blended curriculum inspired by the Finnish, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and NEP 2020 approaches. We focus on hands-on learning, exploration, and building confident, happy, independent children.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mother Teacher who can take full responsibility for one classroom. The teacher should be warm, patient, and able to guide children in their learning, behaviour, and daily routines.

Main Responsibilities

• Teach using play-based, hands-on, child-led methods.
• Plan activities that match our blended curriculum.
• Observe children closely and support their individual needs.
• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
• Communicate clearly with parents about their child’s daily progress.
• Work well with co-teachers, aunties, and the school team.
• Take part in events, celebrations, and training sessions.

EligibilityRequired

• ECCE certification
• OR
• Knowledge/experience in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other modern early learning methods.Preferred
• Experience working in international or progressive preschools that follow activity-based, child-led learning, without exams or textbooks.

Not Preferred

• Teachers from traditional teaching backgrounds that rely mainly on rote learning, dictation, and worksheet-based teaching.

Additional Skills

• Good English communication.
• Kind, patient, and child-friendly personality.
• Creative and willing to learn new methods.
• Comfortable using digital tools (we use Kindiedays app).
