Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher with a strong background in early childhood education to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, be creative in delivering age-appropriate lessons, and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster curiosity and a love of learning through creative play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social development.
• Observe and assess student progress; provide regular feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary or Nursery Teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient, and energetic personality.
• Knowledge of EYFS, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia approaches (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in English.
