Eligibility & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in pre-primary/early childhood education
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in play-way and activity-based learning methods
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach
• Ability to create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Support the overall development of children (academic, social, emotional)
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
• Collaborate effectively with parents and the school team
