Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Pre-Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines sales coordination and digital marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will generate and qualify leads, support the sales team, and manage the company’s social media presence to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Sales Support:

• Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client communication
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Assist in proposal preparation and sales documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Marketing & Social Media:

• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts and marketing content
• Generate leads through digital campaigns
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Target-oriented mindset
