At Infinite Uptime – Process Division, we partner with manufacturers to achieve process reliability and operational excellence through our prescriptive AI driven Outcome-Driven Reliability platform.
We’re looking for a Pre-Sales professional for our Metals vertical — someone who understands the pulse of the steel, aluminum, and other metal industries, and can bridge process expertise with solution-driven selling.
What You’ll Do
Engage with plant and business leaders to identify challenges across throughput, yield, quality, downtime, and energy efficiency.
Design and present tailored solution proposals using Infinite Uptime’s ODR framework to drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, COE, and engineering teams to develop business cases and ROI models.
Conduct plant walkthroughs, process assessments, and POC activities to demonstrate value and ensure conversion.
What We’re Looking For
10–12 years of experience in the metals sector, preferably in steel, aluminum, or allied manufacturing operations.
Strong process and domain expertise — rolling, casting, finishing, or process reliability improvement.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles in manufacturing or industrial digital solutions.
Deep industry insights, good customer network, and strong ability to connect process value to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
