Pre-Sales Engineer

Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team and assist Presales Engineers in preparing technical proposals, BOMs, and solution diagrams for AV projects.

Conduct product research and compatibility checks for brands like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Samsung, LG, and Cisco.

Assist in creating customer presentations and demos.

Respond to RFIs/RFPs with accurate technical specifications and pricing estimates.

Maintain an updated database of datasheets and pricing.

Procurement (50%)

Source AV equipment, accessories, and consumables from authorized distributors and manufacturers.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, warranties, and payment terms with vendors.

Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.

Manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Experience Required

• 1.5–3 years in AV pre-sales support, technical sales, or procurement within the AV / IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Proven experience in preparing AV BOMs and managing vendor relationships.
