As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Position Overview:

The Presales Engineer will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and product demonstrations. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into viable, competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.

- Prepare solution designs, BOQs, technical proposals, and compliance statements.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients and partners.

- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

- Provide technical support during customer meetings, site surveys, and pre-bid discussions.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate solutions and ensure accuracy of proposals.

- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies, standards, and products.

- Assist in RFP/RFQ responses and ensure timely submission of all technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, ICT, or related field.

- Minimum 2–5 years experience in a Presales, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering role (ICT, low-voltage systems, data center, networking, or related fields preferred).

- Strong understanding of structured cabling, data center infrastructure, networking, or IT solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple inquiries, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and documentation.

- Vendor certifications (Panduit, Legrand, R&M, Rittal, or similar) are an advantage.
